The need arises, due to the lack an automated proces s for the stator’s thermal treatment, said process was performed in an artisanal manner. The main purpose this proposal is to repower the oven, improving its thermal insulation and implementing an on/ o ff time and temperature control system, using new techn ologies. It was used the scientific method for the electromechanical components sizing and selection, what contribute the gas oven. The necessary calorific power for the system is 4417,77 W, which is provided by a C shaped burner. For the temperature measurement inside the furnace chamber, it is used a J type thermocouple, with which together to the INV 12411 controller allows maintaining a uniform and controlled temperature 0 2 00 °C. Further, the controller counts an alarm system for indicating, what the heat treatment time has ended. With the repowering this oven, itn was reached optimize the drying time by 20 minutes, by providing the worker an easier and safer form for the sta t or’s treatment. On the other hand, it was achieved the resources efficient use, such as GLP saving consumption by 62.8%. Economically, the enerprise saves $34.54 to the month of what cost a cylinder surcharge charging. With the oxygen appropriate regulation at the burner inlet, the 𝐶𝑂2 emission has been considerably reduced. By limiting the GLP flow, it is reduced gas consumption, ensuring a more complete and clean combustion, which reduces polluting emissions.
