    “Cultura organizacional y satisfacción laboral de los trabajadores de una cooperativa de la superintendencia de economía popular y solidaria”

    This research work was carried out to determine if there is a relationship between organizational culture and job satisfaction of the employees of a Savings and Credit Cooperative in Ecuador supervised by the Superintendence of Popular and Solidarity Economy. The analysis focuses on the theories of organizational culture, mainly the theory proposed by Denison and the general scale theory of job satisfaction proposed by Warr, Cook, and Wall. The research approach is quantitative, descriptive, and correlational. The population consisted of a total of 70 employees who were given two questionnaires to collect the information. For the statistical analysis, the data obtained were entered into the SPSS V.29 statistical tool. The Spearman's Rho non-parametric statistical test was used to determine the correlation and contrast of hypotheses. Finally, the results showed that there is a high positive correlation between organizational culture and job satisfaction with a Spearman's Rho of 0.786. Therefore, it is concluded that organizational culture has a significant influence on the job satisfaction of the employees of the Savings and Credit Cooperative in Ecuador supervised by the Superintendence of Popular and Solidarity Economy.

    Una buena planificación estratégica en instituciones de educación superior y en sus áreas, es vital para alcanzar un alto nivel de calidad de la educación profesional; más aún si es de cuarto nivel, la pertinencia de la educación es el objetivo básico de las demandas de la sociedad hacia las respuestas a los problemas del entorno, lo que motiva a realizar actividades relacionadas con el bienestar social, profesional y humanista, de esta manera el objetivo general de éste proyecto de desarrollo fue Proponer el Plan Estratégico para la Unidad Académica de Posgrado de la Universidad Técnica de Cotopaxi que fomente la articulación de las funciones sustantivas, docencia, investigación y vinculación para una educación de calidad.

    “Proyecto de factibilidad para la creación de una empresa que elabora inciensos a base de residuos de madera en el Cantón de Salcedo.”

    The entrepreneurship project analyzes the operational, technical, economic and financial feasibility of the company. The objective of this project is to develop a feasibility study for the creation of a company dedicated to the production of incense based on wood residues at Salcedo canton; employing the methodology of market research with a quantitative approach, based on an instrument such as a questionnaire of 13 questions with closed answers directed to the research target market, the same that allowed to collect relevant information for the creation of the company such as demand, supply and unsatisfied demand, which were projected for 5 years of the company's useful life; in addition, the study of the 4Ps in the market was conducted. In this project, all the necessary factors were determined to set up the company, including the productions description process and its installation in operations, it also shows the participation it will have in the market with its respective production plan. The economic and financial study consists of an initial investment, production costs, balance sheet, cash flow, determining a RRR of 13.04%, a NPW of $9,844.21 and an IRR of 55.27%, positive values for the creation of the company. For the recovery of the investment, a period of 1 year, 3 months and 2 days is generated, demonstrating that it is a totally beneficial project.
