- ItemDiseño de material didáctico de fotografía publicitaria de alimentos y productos mediante folletos informativos para el mejoramiento de técnicas de fotografía de los estudiantes de la carrera de diseños grafico de la Universidad Técnica de Cotopaxi.(Ecuador : Latacunga : Universidad Técnica de Cotopaxi (UTC), 2015-08) Villacres Arellano, Franklin David; Sanchez Cardenas, Juan Carlos; Freire, JorgeThis research arises from the need for a tutorial with direct and appropriate content on food advertising photography and products, posing as main objective the improvement of techniques for professional photography in a more practical manner and with results professionals within the rules and parameters made by previous research but providing work more streamlined that more advanced as books, manuals, magazines, editorial process in this specific case we chose a brochure which allows better handling and understanding without complicated terminology procedures or too technical, but establishing the essential points and basic for the development of education in the field of photography to students studying Graphic Design; so it was decided to perform research and select appropriate materials for design and printing of the brochure, with the aim of boosting its creation . Therefore; put in practice all efforts, both human and technological development project. It can be seen therefore that the prepared guide provides practical advice in the terminology of photography, with added illustration, layout and images which allowed for a more comprehensive and objective view of this thesis and its contents, so that the student can discern imitate and improve processes for preparing a draft advertising photography within the food industry and products. As for the conclusions of this thesis by the analysis of the assumptions and objectives met in the prospectus, each technique meets a standard of simple processes to the reproduction is a task that can be improved and that the termination is a different product as applicable.
