dc.descriptionEl objetivo de la presente investigación es diseñar un proceso contable para la empresa J&S TECSEG S.A.S, mediante la implementación de una plantilla en Excel el cual se centra en todo el proceso contable como es el libro diario, libro mayor, balance general, estados financieros e indicadores financieros, roles de pago reflejando la situación económica actual de la empresa para la toma de decisiones estratégicas y así mejorar significativamente la gestión financiera, el tipo de investigación que nos ayudó para la recolección de datos es la investigación de campo, bibliográfica y documental, la metodología aplicada se utilizó el método cualitativo en base a la entrevista generada al gerente propietario a su vez el método cuantitativo para obtener información mediante una encuesta al personal de la empresa donde su población son 6 personas. Por lo tanto es preciso decir que el resultado obtenido con el desarrollo de la propuesta es satisfactoria por lo que nos emite información contable diaria, mensual, trimestral y anual de acuerdo a las necesidades de la empresa, como resultado del primer trimestre del 2023 según las transacciones contables ejecutadas se pudo observar que el resultado de los indicadores financieros revelan que el indicador de solvencia es de 0,89 lo que representa que no puede cumplir con sus obligaciones financieras, en endeudamiento 1,98 lo que confirma que la empresa tiene excesivas deudas y está perdiendo autonomía financiera, infraestructura 0,34. Ante la situación económica actual, se recomienda al gerente propietario tomar la iniciativa de diversificar los mercados para impulsar el desarrollo continuo de la empresa.
dc.description.abstractThe objective of this research is to design an accounting process for the company J&S TECSEG S.A.S, through the implementation of a template in Excel which focuses on the entire accounting process such as the journal, general ledger, balance sheet, financial statements and financial indicators, payment roles reflecting the current economic situation of the company for strategic decision making and thus significantly improve financial management, as part of the applied methodology, the qualitative method was used based on the interview generated with the owner manager at his disposal. time the quantitative method to obtain information through a survey of the personnel of the company where its population is 6 people. Therefore, it is necessary to say that the result obtained with the development of the proposal is satisfactory, which is why it issues daily and monthly accounting information. , quarterly and annually according to the needs of the company, as a result of the first quarter of 2023 according to the accounting transactions executed, it was observed that the result of the financial indicators reveal that the solvency indicator is 0.89, which represents that cannot meet its financial obligations, indebtedness 1.98, which confirms that the company has excessive debts and is losing financial autonomy, infrastructure 0.34. Given the current economic situation, it is recommended that the owner-manager take the initiative to diversify the markets to promote the continuous development of the company.
