Abstract
La investigación tuvo como objetivo realizar la Auditoría de Gestión al Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado (GAD) de la parroquia rural Tanicuchí, año 2022, con el fin de identificar el grado de cumplimiento de los objetivos institucionales. Para lograr este propósito se utilizó un enfoque cuantitativo, de tipo descriptivo, explicativo y documental, las técnicas utilizadas son la entrevista y la observación, los instrumento fueron la ficha de observación y la entrevista dirigida que fue aplicada a los funcionarios del GAD Parroquial Tanicuchí, respectivamente para la recopilación de datos, analizado el resultado en la auditoría proporciono una evaluación objetiva del grado de cumplimiento de las metas y objetivos establecidos en el Plan Operativo Anual, así como de la eficacia y eficiencia empleando los recursos designados para su ejecución.
Description
The objective of the research was to conduct a Management Audit of the Decentralized- Autonomous Government (GAD) of Tanicuchí rural parish, year 2022, in order to identify the degree of compliance with the institutional objectives. In order to achieve this purpose, a quantitative, descriptive, explanatory and documentary approach was used, the techniques used were the interview and observation, the instruments used were the observation form and the directed interview that was applied to the functionaries of the Tanicuchí parish GAD, respectively for data collection, analyzed the result in the audit provided an objective assessment of the degree of compliance with the goals and objectives established in the Annual Operating Plan, as well as the effectiveness and efficiency using the resources designated for its execution.
