| dc.description | Small and medium-sized commercial enterprises (SMEs) play an important role in the economic development of our country. The motivation that led to conducting the research is based on the problems in which they are immersed with respect to the global pandemic of Covid-19. The objective is to know the impact of the socioeconomic factors caused by the Covid-19 pandemic on the commercial SMEs in the canton of La Maná. The direct beneficiaries of the research are the owners and collaborators of the commercial establishments, and the indirect beneficiaries are the governmental organizations and others interested in knowing the subject. The methodology for the execution of the project is formative research, bibliographic research, and field research. The research methods are deductive and analytical. In addition, Cronbach's alpha was applied through the SPSS statistical system to demonstrate the reliability of the instrument. The instrument used was the survey. The study population is made up of 1,760 companies in the commercial sector registered in the Fire Department of La Maná. To establish the sample, finite population sampling was used, considering a 5% error rate and a confidence level of 95%, and a sample of 326 commercial businesses. A stratified sample was used to identify the number of businesses and their activities. The results were that in relation to previous years, social factors were affected by 80.1%. In the same line, economic factors were affected by 71.8% of commercial businesses in the canton. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | Las pequeñas y medianas empresas (Pymes) comerciales asumen un papel importante en el desarrollo económico de nuestro país. La motivación que llevo a realizar la investigación parte de la problemática en la cual se ven inmersas respecto a la pandemia mundial de la Covid-19. El objetivo pretende conocer el impacto de los factores socioeconómicos por la pandemia Covid-19 sobre las Pymes comerciales del cantón La Maná. Los beneficiarios directos de la investigación son los propietarios y colaboradores de los establecimientos comerciales, y los beneficiarios indirectos son los organismos gubernamentales y demás interesados en conocer la temática. La metodología para la ejecución del proyecto es la investigación formativa, investigación bibliográfica e investigación de campo. Los métodos de investigación son el deductivo y analítico. Además, se aplicó el alfa de Cronbach a través del sistema estadístico SPSS para demostrar la fiabilidad del instrumento. El instrumento empleado fue la encuesta. La población de estudio está conformada por 1.760 empresas del sector comercial registrado en el Cuerpo de Bomberos del cantón La Maná. Para establecer la muestra se empleó el muestreo por poblaciones finitas considerando el 5% de error y un nivel de confianza del 95% y, una muestra de 326 negocios comerciales. A fin de identificar cuántas empresas y la actividad que realizan se empleó una muestra estratificada. Los resultados alcanzados fueron que en relación con años anteriores los factores sociales fueron afectados por en un 80,1%. En la misma línea, los factores económicos se afectan en un 71,8% en los negocios comerciales del cantón. | es_ES |
