Abstract
El programa de capacitación de un software, ayudará a las personas con discapacidad auditiva y oral a garantizar la igualdad de oportunidades, para desempeñar un rol equivalente al que ejercen las demás personas y la participación equitativa de hombres y mujeres en la actividad laboral, para que a través de ello mejoren su condición de vida, puesto que tienen dificultad para conseguir trabajo y en su mayor parte se encuentran en pobreza extrema.
La realización de este programa de capacitación de un software, aportaría de gran parte para que ellos se sientan útiles y puedan así aportan en gran cantidad a la organización en donde trabaje….
Description
A research study on training of a software program will help hearing impaired people to ensure equal opportunities and play an equivalent role to their counterparts. In addition, the equal participation of both men and women in the workplace. Therefore, this study will improve their living conditions because most of them cannot get a job and live in extreme poverty. This research consists of training on a software program which helps hearing impaired people to contribute to the place where they work. Moreover, this study aims to provide a set of knowledge and skills regarding secretarial program. The use of different methods such as sign language and vocalization of words will be important. Finally, this software called Alfresco offers a variety of benefits about secretarial program for example the document management….
