| dc.description | The objective of this thesis is to develop a draft law amending the Penal Code to harmonize in this body of law, the material fact of sexual exploitation with the penalty according to the circumstances are presented. This research applied by the author is descriptive and the methodology used is non-experimental because it didn´t work with hypothesis, but with scientific questions or guidelines, applying the following methods: deductive, inductive, analytical, synthetic and statistical. It concludes that sexual exploitation is a latent and silent clash that is affecting to the society and it can occur in all social backgrounds, with people mainly affected women. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | El objetivo de esta tesis es elaborar un proyecto de Ley Reformatoria al Código Penal a fin de armonizar en este cuerpo legal, el hecho material de la explotación sexual con la pena de acuerdo a las circunstancias como se presenta El tipo de investigación que el Tesista aplicó es el de tipo descriptivo y la metodología utilizada la no experimental debido a que no se trabajó con hipótesis; sino con preguntas científicas o directrices, aplicándose los siguientes métodos: deductivo, inductivo, analítico, sintético y estadístico. Se concluye que la explotación de naturaleza sexual es un mal latente y silencioso que afecta a la sociedad y que puede presentarse en todos los extractos sociales, siendo las personas principalmente afectadas las mujeres. | es_ES |
