| dc.description | Discipline is a requirement for harmony and the proper functioning of any minimally organized group1 Therefore, when that requirement is not spontaneously met by those who are forced, the need for a power that guarantees the observance of established behaviors is naturally felt2 In any organization, public or private, the state ordinance or the particular ordinances grant to all of them a power of discipline, being the same essential to maintain order and ultimately guarantee the proposed purposes. Question that is of greater importance when we refer to the State Administration as an organization in which the public function is exercised and developed by the personal means in charge of it, taking into account its nature and functions, revealing that the orderly operation of it constitutes the legal asset protected by the discipline. In this sense, together with the obligation to continuously and diligently perform the function of the assigned work. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | La disciplina es una exigencia para la armonía y el adecuado funcionamiento de cualquier grupo mínimamente organizado1 Por ello, cuando aquella exigencia no es atendida espontáneamente por quienes resultan obligados, es sentida de forma natural la necesidad de un poder que garantice la observancia de las conductas establecidas2 En cualquier organización, pública o privada, el ordenamiento estatal o los ordenamientos particulares otorgan a todas ellas una potestad de disciplina, resultando la misma esencial para mantener el orden y garantizar en última instancia los fines propuestos. Cuestión que reviste una mayor importancia cuando nos referimos a la Administración del Estado como organización en la que se ejerce y desarrolla la función pública por parte de los medios personales encargados de ella, tomando en cuenta su naturaleza y funciones, revelando que el funcionamiento ordenado de la misma constituye el bien jurídico protegido por la disciplina. En este sentido, junto a la obligación de desempeñar de forma continua y diligente la función del trabajo asignado. | es_ES |
