Abstract
Uno de los principales problemas que se ha podido evidenciar, es la falta de comunicación y de buenas relaciones entre escuela y comunidad como una debilidad que ha hecho que la institución educativa funcione de manera aislada de su entorno. La gran parte de los problemas externos por la que muchas veces la escuela atravesado están directamente relacionados con la mala gestión de comunicación con las instituciones aledañas, es por esa razón, que el presente proyecto de investigación busca determinar las causas por las cuales no existe una buena relación entre la escuela comunidad, para después promover actividades de trabajo colaborativo y así lograr su integración. Por consiguiente, la presente investigación tuvo un enfoque cuantitativo, se apoyó en el método deductivo - inductivo, es de carácter descriptiva, bibliográfica y de campo porque permitió recabar información acerca de las causas por las cuales no habido una buen relación entre escuela y comunidad y las técnicas que se emplearon fueron la encuesta y la entrevista con sus respectivos instrumentos, en el caso de la encuesta con su instrumento el cuestionario y en el caso de la entrevista con su instrumento la guía de entrevista estructurada. En tal virtud, se considera necesario el desarrollo de diversas actividades colaborativas, a través de la cooperación y compromiso de cada uno de sus actores, para mejorar el nivel de comunicación y por ende la relación entre escuela y comunidad; y por lo tanto, contribuir a su desarrollo y al mejoramiento de la calidad de vida de sus habitantes

One of the main problems that has been able to show, is the lack of communication and good relations between school and community this weakness has made the educational institution operate in isolation from their environment. Part of the external problems that many times the school has gone through are directly related to the mismanagement of communication with the surrounding institutions, for this reason the present research project seeks to determine the causes why there aren’t good relationship between school and community and after to promote collaborative work activities and therefore achieve their integration. Therefore, the present research work had a quantitative focus, was supported by the deductive - inductive method, is descriptive, bibliographic and fieldwork, because it allowed to collect information about the causes, and why there haven't been good relationship between school and community and the techniques used were surveys and interviews with their respective instruments, in the case of the survey with its tool the questionnaire and in the case of the interview with its instrument the structured interview guide. Consequently, it is considered necessary to develop various collaborative activities, through the cooperation and obligations of each of its actors, to improve the level of communication and hence the relationship between school and community; for that reason, contribute to its development and to the improvement of the quality of life of its inhabitants.
