(Ecuador: Latacunga: Universidad Técnica de Cotopaxi (UTC), 2024-10-18) Trávez Batallas Luis Fernando; Romero Poveda Angelita Elizabeth
This research was carried out at the National Electricity Corporation Bolívar Business Unit, in the period 2024, in which the Organizational Climate and Job Satisfaction were analyzed, it is worth mentioning that a positive organizational climate usually results in greater job satisfaction. Organizations that strive to maintain a favorable work environment tend to enjoy happier, more engaged, and more productive employees. The objective of the research was to determine the levels of Organizational Climate and Job Satisfaction in the company's workers. Two questionnaires were applied: the Organizational Climate test Noriega & Pría and the Job Satisfaction test Warr et al., instruments that added sociodemographic variables to be correlated by means of Cramer's V. The surveyed population was: 57 workers: technical and administrative, we worked with the entire population. The result of Organizational Climate was 70.2% high; regarding Job Satisfaction was 78.9% high. Likewise, the relationship between Organizational Climate and Job Satisfaction was made by means of Cramer's V that determined a value of 0.428 which means a moderate correlation between the two variables.

Nutrient digestibility allows to optimize and improve feed conversion and productive performance in birds, so there is a need to evaluate food alternatives that cover their nutritional requirements. The general objective of the following research was to determine the nutrient digestibility in broiler chickens fed with different sources of fiber. For the development of the research, 64 chickens of the Cobb 500 line of 42 days of age were used, with an average weight of 7075 g, they were randomly assigned to four treatments including different sources of fiber T1: control, T2: 18% wheat bran, T3: 18% rice husk and T4: 18% palm kernel. The diets were formulated considering the nutritional requirements of the Cobb 500 chicken line. A completely randomized design was applied. The variables studied were dry matter digestibility, organic matter, crude fiber, crude fat, crude protein. The data were analyzed in the statistical package Infostat by means of a variance analysis, in which the fiber sources were taken as the main variation factors and the Tukey test was used to compare means. The results presented statistical differences, p < 0,05 for dry matter, organic matter and crude fiber, showing a higher percentage of digestibility with the inclusion of 5% of wheat bran with 80.3; 67.00; 15.06% respectively; while for crude protein p = 0.181 and crude fat p = 0.281, there was no difference between treatments. It is concluded that the inclusion of fiber sources in the diet of broilers shows acceptable nutrient digestibility percentages.

Teachers’ perceptions of virtual reality in the development of vocabulary
(Ecuador : Pujilí : Universidad Técnica de Cotopaxi (UTC), 2023) Pacheco Díaz, Francis Marcelo; Cando, Fabiola Soledad
Virtual reality is a technological tool that provides immersive learning experiences for a better understanding, promotes collaborative work, and contains authentic material to develop communicative competencies. Users can witness new things that the real environment cannot provide for learning. This qualitative research aimed to describe the teachers' perception of virtual reality in English language learning after participating in a training course of 5 sessions. It was phenomenological research because it analyzed 5 English teachers’ experiences after being immersed in the virtual world to test VR apps to develop language. Participants tried 5 apps where students can enhance their language. Data was collected by using participants' journals. The teachers’ reflections were analyzed through thematic analysis. The study shows that teachers believe that virtual reality can positively assist students in English language learning with an immersive language environment, authentic material, hands-on activities, and audio-visual aids. Teachers showed positive attitudes toward virtual reality to improve English language learning and teaching with this technological tool. Teachers suggest virtual reality promotes higher opportunities to enhance language learning and teaching. In conclusion, Virtual reality is an effective learning tool that teachers can apply in their classes to make them more engaging and meaningful for students.

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is currently booming, not only in industrial processes, but also in fields related to activities that contribute to the development of organizations and human knowledge. Machine Learning is contained within the computational context of AI, divided into three main approaches: Supervised Machine Learning (AAS), Unsupervised Machine Learning and Reinforcement Learning, which are techniques and algorithms capable of “learning and reasoning” by simulating the human brain, and allows classifying and predicting the behavior of the data supplied to the chosen model, through the use of the SciKit-Learn library and other Python tools, a programming language widely used in data analysis and sentiment analysis, another tool for extracting information based on subjective opinions. Emotional State (ES) is a conscious and unconscious reaction in response to a specific stimulus at a specific time or situation that individuals have. In order to establish a possible relationship with the work performance of employees and the talent drain of the company FenixCorp-ADS, a questionnaire was developed via Web and the classification and prediction algorithms of supervised and unsupervised machine learning were chosen, which allowed to develop a comparative analysis to determine the most efficient model of sentiment analysis performed, contributing in its application in a more continuous way by business organizations in order to use it to automate these processes.
