The problem of the evaluation arises from a need of those of us who do education, to know if we are advancing in the desired direction, how much progress has been made and to know if the process followed is adequate or needs to be modified. We must emphasize the correct application of the Curricular Reform for Basic Education, since everything depends on it to achieve quality education in our country; for this we must be very clear about the terms: Evaluation and accreditation, which are fundamental to our purpose, which is to improve basic education. The Curricular Reform for Basic Education sets out a series of objectives, considerations and guidelines for its application, which we must take into account when making our daily planning in all areas of study. The knowledge of the students will depend largely on the evaluation instruments that the teacher uses, which is why we must know how to build them and apply them throughout the teaching-learning process. As we will be able to analyze later, the definitions that we will find about evaluation, instruments, and techniques will help us to correctly apply the Curricular Reform later. Chapter I contains the importance of the development and technical application of the evaluation instruments of the Curricular Reform for Basic Education. Chapter II deals with the analysis and interpretation of the results of the assessment instruments used by the teachers of the three schools that were the subject of our research. Finally, the third chapter contains the proposal, which includes terminology and methodology that is easy to apply.
