The main objective of this plan is to achieve the organization's strategic objectives, strengthen the organizational structure, improve the work culture and climate, promote learning and innovation, and develop staff competencies. The SmartNet company in Salcedo is the focus of the study and is framed within the research line of administration and economics for the sustainable development of organizations. The technique used consists of an organizational diagnosis to evaluate the current state of the company and find areas for improvement in terms of processes, structure and organizational culture, while using tools such as direct observation and interviews. From this diagnosis, specific plans and actions were created to improve the overall performance and operational efficiency of the company from a qualitative approach. The results obtained include shortcomings in the alignment of the organization's objectives, a work environment with opinions ranging from acceptable to a desire for improvement, and poor internal communication. Ultimately, the organizational development plan was expected to contribute to SmartNet's growth and sustainability, positioning it as a competitive and efficient company in its sector.
