- ItemValidación de la encuesta de bienestar laboral de la fundación Copade los colaboradores ecuatorianos(Ecuador: Latacunga: Universidad Técnica de Cotopaxi (UTC), 2024-08) Chuchico Panchi, Wendy Samantha; Silva Guzmán, Martha PatriciaBased on various investigations, it has been determined that the well-being at work of employees is essential when it comes to achieving strategic objectives. To determine the well-being at work of companies, it is necessary to know the conditions of the employees. In this research, it was considered relevant to validate the Well-being at Work survey of COPADE Foundation of Spain in Ecuadorian context. To do this, it began with the experts' judgment, based on method Pedrosa method et al. (2013), in which six professionals took part related to the well-being field at work. To determine the reliability, the Cronbach's Alpha was taken from the 107 items, with a value of 0.889, and by dimensions whose result gave a negative value. Also, the KMO and Bartlett test was applied, which yielded a positive non-certain matrix, which indicates that the survey is not valid for data entered. The Matrix Pattern was non-positive; and, finally, the analysis of communalities by question yielded values less than 0.7. The results of all statistical analyses showed that COPADE survey is not valid for Ecuadorian context. In order to contribute to the study of workplace well-being, an adjustment of the model is proposed, where a three-dimensional structure is proposed: remuneration and job stability, hours and flexibility, and environment, safety, health and resources, with a total of 20 items, which has a Cronbach's Alpha of 0.604, KMO and Bartlett test, 662 which should be valid in subsequent studies.
