At the site, community tourism is practiced. This attraction has one of the fifteen most beautiful volcanic lagoons in the world, known for its emerald green color. The same community also performs lodging and food establishments. The following research project aims to give the respective assessment of the lodging and food establishments' quality of service, which will be created in the experiences and expectations of the visitor. This is where the establishments highlight the service quality behaviors in the dimensions of Tangibility, Security, Reliability, Responsiveness, and Empathy to satisfy the tourists. For the following research, were used a field methodology, and relevant data was collected through an information collection strive, as a survey was applied to tourists, having as results the valuation in the aspects of the establishment, the service personnel, tourist offer, satisfaction in the destination, the purpose of this research work is to design a helpful tool of a service quality manual for lodging and food establishments.
- Item“Estrategias de marketing digital para los centros turísticos de la zona urbana del cantón La Maná”(Ecuador : La Maná Universidad Técnica de Cotopaxi (UTC), 2024-08) Anchatuña Caiza, Karen Nayeli; Moreno Manzo, Jessenia StefaniaThis research focused on analyzing the current situation of tourism in the canton, considering the flow of visitors to the tourist attractions in the area. For this purpose, a detailed identification of the owners and managers of the tourist establishments, who are the main targets of the marketing strategies, was carried out. The main objective of this analysis was to understand the interests and needs of the owners, which allowed the development of strategies that not only improved the promotion of the attractions, but also boosted the sustainable growth of tourism in the region. Advertising strategies in social networks such as Facebook, Instagram and Tik Tok were positively considered to encourage and increase the flow of tourism in the urban area of Cantón La Maná. It benefited all the owners of the establishments and contributed to the growth of the local economy by generating employment. By leveraging the potential of these platforms, a greater reach and connection with potential visitors was achieved, highlighting the unique characteristics of the region and attracting a wider audience. Effective strategies were established through the creation of quality videos, attractive photographs and creative flyers to promote the tourist establishments in the area. This not only attracted tourists to visit, but also allowed them to enjoy memorable experiences at each establishment they chose. By highlighting the beauty and uniqueness of each place, it fostered greater interest and satisfaction among visitors, thus contributing to the success of tourism in the region.
