    “Análisis de la distribución del personal administrativo y su influencia en la productividad empresarial de GW FLOWERS S.A.S.”

    The current research work was carried out in the Pedro Moncayo canton, Tabacundo parish, with the aim by analyzing the current situation from GW FLOWERS S.A.S. and assessing how the staff distribution influences business productivity. For this purpose, it was made a bibliographic review, which provided specific topics for the study development. The research used a qualitative, non-experimental approach, which was observed 10 administrative workers and their respective positions. This observation allowed to identify the key positions in the administrative area and to carry out a detailed analysis, what included the academic level, activities and description each position. This analysis facilitated a comprehensive view from organizational structure and the responsibilities assigned to each position. Subsequently, it was assessed the productivity each position in the administrative area to measure the associated processes effectiveness. As an analysis result, it was identified key issues, such as inadequate responsibilities distribution, academic level and productivity. Based on these findings, they were proposed solutions, such as the professional profiles adaptation to positions and staff training. In conclusion, it was determined, what administrative distribution influences productivity and presents improvement opportunities, which led to the proposals development to address the identified gaps.
