    Antes de realizar este resumen creemos de suma importancia aclarar que la lectura para nosotros los maestros, es como el agua para los peces, es dar luz a las tinieblas y a la vez derrotar a la ignorancia. Cuando nos planteamos realizar una investigación profunda sobre los diversos aspectos que inciden en torno al problema de la lectura en la escuela unificada Juan Pío Montúfar- Juan de Dios Morales nos comprometimos a determinar con exactitud las principales causas que impiden que los niños y niñas puedan dominar la lectura comprensiva especialmente, y es así que nos propusimos elaborar un pequeño pero significativo Instructivo metodológico de fácil uso para que los señores profesores de la escuela cuenten con una herramienta de apoyo para mejorar la calidad de la lectura.

    La familia constituye el ente social y moral en la cual se fundamenta la sociedad, pero que, debido a diferentes circunstancias, aquella ha perdido su unidad, dando paso a su desorganización, perjudicando a los niños en edad escolar, y traduciéndose en actitudes que retrasan su desenvolvimiento normal, que se ve reflejado en un bajo rendimiento escolar.

    In Ecuador, being a Spanish-speaking country, the English Language is a foreign language that presents difficulties in the psychological process of learning and communication, so we can say that each person has different ways of learning which may be the cause of the non-progress of their skills for expressions in a foreign language. Each institution is different, each group of students is different. Students learn with various strategies and among groups of students there are different levels of learning progress. In a school year, students have to be able to express their ideas in a way that is clear and understandable to the rest of their classmates. The English language study curriculum is not prepared according to the needs of the students, so it is necessary to complement it with grammatical structures that are understandable for those who are the recipients of the knowledge, giving them greater ease of learning. in it The existing problems in learning the English language are those that are captured by the students, but their ideas cannot be transmitted orally or in writing, giving rise to subsequent problems in learning the foreign language, so the detection of teaching problems will be carried out. Language learning and synthesis covers the following problem: Analysis of writing problems in learning English in the tenth year of basic education in three central schools in the city of Latacunga.
