    Gestión administrativa y eficiencia operativa de la empresa Sanbel Flowers Cía. Ltda

    The present study aimed to analyze the administrative management and operational efficiency of SANBEL FLOWERS Cía. Ltda. A quantitative approach was employed, using a nonexperimental, correlational design. A simple random probabilistic sampling was conducted from a population of 115 employees, yielding a sample of 89 participants. Data collection was carried out through a structured questionnaire comprising 24 items, each measured on a five-point Likert scale. Prior to application, the variables were operationalized and validated by subject-matter experts. Reliability was confirmed through Cronbach’s Alpha, which produced a coefficient of r=0.979, indicating excellent internal consistency. The data were processed using SPSS software, and Rho of Spearman correlation analysis revealed a strong positive relationship between the two variables (r= 0,878). Findings demonstrated that administrative management had a significant and positive association with operational efficiency at SANBEL FLOWERS Cía. Ltda. While continuous staff training emerged as the company’s primary weakness, the “Processes” dimension was identified as its strongest point. Based on these results, eight management strategies (two offensive, two proactive, two preventives, and two defensive) were proposed to enhance operational efficiency
