- Item“Aplicación de un robot de carga autónomo en un proceso logístico en la empresa DIPAG”.(Ecuador: Latacunga: Universidad Técnica de Cotopaxi: (UTC), 2024-08) Ormaza Enriquez, Jorge Luis; Quilumba Tipán, Bryan Alexander; Hidalgo Oñate, Angel GuillermoThis technological proposal focuses on the application of an autonomous loading robot (AGV) in the logistics process of machinery transport in the DIPAG company, based on the context of growing industrial automation. This study focused on the application of an autonomous loading robot designed with advanced components that allow it to navigate autonomously and handle loads from 1 kg to 18 kg. The methodology used in this research includes a bibliographic review and the use of a Waterfall methodology for the implementation of the prototype. The robot consists of two parts, the first is the metal structure made of black steel 1.1 mm thick, two bolted hooks on the front of the robot and two rear wheels responsible for generating robot movement, the second part is focused in a circuitry ESP32 of 38-pin that was used for data processing, a driver IRF3205 module to operate the engines, three TCRT 5000 infrared sensors to control navigation, an ultrasonic sensor to detect obstacles, a radio frequency module to control switching on and off, a buzzer to generate an alert signal. In other hand, the code was developed in Arduinoblocks. The results obtained transporting welders with a total weight of 18 kg, the (AGV) took a time of 38.33 min, time that the worker was responsible for building lawn mowers in which it took 5 min for each mower, assembling 7 lawn mowers. This shows that the application of the AGV allows workers to get rid of repetitive tasks and perform activities that benefit the company.
