- Item“Proyecto de factibilidad para la producción y comercialización de salchichas de trucha en la ciudad de Latacunga de la Provincia de Cotopaxi”(Ecuador : Latacunga : Universidad Técnica de Cotopaxi (UTC), 2024-08) Paniluisa Quimbita, Lisbeth Araceli; Ushiña Tituaña, Cristian Joel; Falconí Tapia, Angelita AzucenaThis project was carried out to identify the acceptance of the trout sausage product in the City of Latacunga, Province of Cotopaxi, Sector el Salto, considering that this product will be new, healthy, and above all, delicious for the lovers of sausages; the population to which it is directed is 155. Three hundred eighty-two between men and women from 12 to 64 years of age, taking into account all the parishes that are aligned to the City in mention, for the development of this investigation the market study, the technical study, the financial study, and the marketing study were used, firstly, the methodology of the investigation, was of quantitative approach, the technique that was used was the survey, and the instrument was the questionnaire, which consisted of 17 closed questions from which a sample of 383 surveys was obtained, which was applied by digital means, surveying the population of the City according to the sample, where in the key question 90.6% of acceptance was obtained, which means that more than half of those surveyed would like this product to be marketed in this City. On the other hand, a technical study was carried out to identify the space where the production and commercialization plant will be located. At the same time, the installed capacity was identified, as well as a financial study identified the initial investment, which has a value of 271,617.50, which gives a V.A.N of 85,103.00; in the same way, it can be identified as a T. Finally, the marketing study was determined, which was carried out taking into account the marketing mix, with which it was possible to determine the product, price, place and promotion so that it can be introduced in the market.
