Administración de Empresas, 2026-08-17) Sacatoro Otto, Erika Jhoana; Toaquiza Cuchiparte, Livia Karina; Navas Olmedo, Walter HumbertoThis study arises from the need to determine the influence of administrative management on business productivity, given that efficient administration enables the optimization of resources, the strengthening of organizational processes, and the improvement of institutional performance. Within this context, the objective of the study was to analyze the relationship between administrative management and productivity at ‘Construcciones Ulloa’, a firm located in the Latacunga canton. The research was conducted using a quantitative approach, with a descriptivecorrelational scope and a non-experimental, cross-sectional design. The population comprised 27 employees across executive, administrative, technical, and operational levels, to whom a 20-item structured Likert-scale survey was administered. The collected data were processed using SPSS software (version 27), employing Shapiro-Wilk normality tests, descriptive statistics, and Spearman's rho correlation coefficient. The results indicated a favorable assessment of both administrative management (M = 54.00) and productivity (M = 30.04). Furthermore, normality tests revealed that the variables did not follow a normal distribution; thus, non-parametric tests were applied. Statistical analysis demonstrated a strong, positive, and statistically significant relationship between administrative management and productivity (\rho = 0.749, p < .001), confirming that efficient administrative management contributes to enhanced organizational productivity. It is concluded that strengthening administrative processes through the implementation of key performance indicators, continuous staff training, standardization of procedures, and enhanced internal coordination fosters organizational performance and improves decision-making
