    Auditoría de gestión en la cooperativa de ahorro y crédito “Mushuc Runa”, Ltda., agencia la matriz, cantón Ambato, enfocada a los objetivos estratégicos de la perspectiva financiera del año 2022

    At present, the Ecuadorian financial system is becoming more competitive every day, so it is necessary to conduct audits to improve processes, which is why it was necessary to conduct a management audit of the Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito “Mushuc Runa”, to assess the degree of compliance with its financial objectives. The project was based on different theoretical bases that supported the project, under a quantitative approach that allowed numerical calculations to establish trends, with a field research that allowed to obtain first source data where it is found that the company has the necessary information to establish the financial objectives of the company. The field research allowed us to obtain data from the first source where the researched subject is located, bibliographic documentation from which reliable information was extracted from books, internet pages, magazines, among others. By means of a correlational and descriptive inquiry, obtaining the following results through management indicators, in effectiveness, in relation to the operative objective an index of 94.88% was obtained and an unfavorable gap of 5.12%, in efficiency, an index of 99.2% and an unfavorable gap of 0.8%, in quality, in relation to increase the satisfaction of the partners in 50% an index of 100% is obtained and an unfavorable gap of 0%, it is concluded that through the observations issued by the audit it will be possible to reach the objectives proposed in its strategic plan.
