The study focuses on the dynamics of interpersonal relationships in educational, family, and community settings, examining how social connections shape learning experiences throughout life. The primary objective is to identify the social factors that affect the learning of tenth-grade students at the Aloasí Educational Unit. Data was collected using observation sheets, interviews with teachers and authorities, and student surveys. The results revealed that numerous factors intervene in the learning process; however, the most relevant are socioeconomic status, family support, motivation to learn, and the application of pedagogical strategies by teachers. In conclusion, identifying the social factors that influence student learning has provided a comprehensive understanding of the various dynamics that affect their learning and overall development. By recognizing these factors, more effective strategies can be designed to mitigate their negative effects, through courses and sessions for parents, teachers, and students at the institution.
