    Propuesta de diseño de indicadores KPIs para mejorar el desempeño comercial en Palacios Agencia inmobiliaria

    The purpose of this research was to design commercial performance indicators KPIs at Palacios Real Estate Agency, for this purpose, aqualitative research was conducted, with an applied orientation and descriptive level, using a technological proposal. Information was gathered through a review of documentation, direct observation, and interviews with agency personnel together document analysis forms, process mapping templates, and evaluation matrices were also used. The results showed that the agency lacks a systematic monitoring system of indicators to measure the performance of its commercial processes. Therefore, a proposal for a system of key performance indicators (KPIs) was developed for the commercial processes related to lead generation, follow-up, and sales closing. Each KPIs was provided with its respective technical data sheet, including calculation formulas, targets, measurement frequencies, responsible parties, and interpretation criteria. In conclusion, the proposal constitutes a management system that will strengthen commercial control, facilitate the monitoring of organizational performance, and improve the culture of continuous improvement oriented towards the institution's objectives.

    Propuesta de mejora de la productividad en el área de poscosecha de rosas mediante métodos de estandarización de procesos y control de calidad en la empresa Monte Sion

    The present study aims to analyze and improve the operational process developed in the postharvest area of a floricultural farm through the identification of improvement opportunities related to work organization, area distribution, activity standardization, and product quality control. The research focuses on the operations carried out from the reception of rose stems to their conditioning, classification, bunch formation, placement of protection materials, and storage prior to dispatch. For the development of the research, a methodology based on direct observation of the process, field data collection, analysis of operational activities, and industrial engineering tools focused on continuous improvement was applied. Problems associated with unnecessary movements, lack of standardization in certain activities, temporary accumulation of materials, absence of visual controls, and opportunities to strengthen workplace organization were identified. As a result of the analysis, improvement proposals were developed focused on optimizing the operational flow, implementing visual work instructions, organizing materials, and identifying quality criteria for stem classification. These actions aim to reduce waste, facilitate the execution of activities, improve workplace conditions, and ensure the uniformity of the final product intended for commercialization. The proposal contributes to strengthening the operational management of the floricultural farm through practical industrial engineering tools, promoting more organized, efficient processes oriented toward compliance with quality standards.
