Abstract
El presente trabajo se desarrolla con el objetivo de optimizar el sistema de inventario mediante un modelo de control para asegurar el stock de la empresa SERVITRUCK J&S, en la cual se analizó las causas y consecuencias de los principales problemas que se ven inmersos en el sistema de inventarios, las inconsistencias en el registro del inventario perjudican la realización de pedidos a tiempo, junto con un espacio inadecuado para cumplir con el ciclo logístico por esta razón se inició con el diagnóstico de los procedimientos que la empresa lleva a cabo, donde se aplicó una entrevista no estructurada dando a conocer información de la empresa describiendo procesos y analizando posibles soluciones a los problemas.
Description
The present work is developed with the objective of optimizing the inventory system through a control model to ensure the stock of the company SERVITRUCK J&S, in which the causes and consequences of the main problems that are immersed in the inventory system were analyzed. inventories, the inconsistencies in the inventory registration impair the placing of orders on time, together with an inadequate space to comply with the logistics cycle, for this reason it began with the diagnosis of the procedures that the company carries out, where a unstructured interview disclosing company information describing processes and analyzing possible solutions to problems.
