| dc.description | The research work has as general objetive to analyze each of the designated activities in the Administrative, Human Resources and Financial Departments; in order to determine the degree of efficiency, efficacy, and economy, in the use of available resources that were developed ¨Continental¨ Private School in Latacunga city during the academic cycle 2014. The performance audit allowed to examine the operations carried up in this period, with the purpose of evaluating the financial and administrative development of the High school, so through this auditory, it could issue recommendations that allow to make the best decisions for the institution. | dc.description.abstract | El trabajo investigativo encierra como objetivo general analizar cada una de las actividades designadas en los departamentos: Administrativos, Recursos Humanos, Financiero; con el propósito de determinar el grado de Eficiencia, Eficacia, Economía, en la utilización de los recursos disponibles que se desarrollaron en el periodo 2014 en el Colegio Particular “Continental” de la ciudad de Latacunga. La Auditoria de Gestión permitió examinar las operaciones realizadas en dicho periodo, con el propósito de evaluar el desenvolvimiento financiero y Administrativo del Colegio, ya que a través de esto se pudo emitir recomendaciones que permitan tomar las mejores decisiones en beneficio de la Institución.
