dc.descriptionIt consists of improving the performance of a low cylinder capacity motorcycle cg200 (throttle cylinder) by adapting an external crankshaft cg200 (throttle cylinder) with the same characteristics without a gearbox, so increasing the cylinder capacity motorcycle to a cg400 (throttle cylinder). The two crankshafts will be joined horizontally by a belt to reduce the torque in the crankshafts, avoiding the effort exerted by a single engine crankshaft and lengthening its useful life. It will improve abrasive wear and its maintenance is profitable and economical due to the fact that the spare parts are inexpensive and they can be easily found in markets. Topics that describe the technical part of the motorcycle are covered, such as: performance, power, final speed, compression and its performance; all of these aspects cover the technical sheet with the corresponding data and show with graphs, tables, and diagrams of the engine's operation. One of the reasons that drive this project is the excessive price of medium cylinder capacity motorcycles. It is taken into account the involved costs in the manufacture of the parts in the design of the motorcycle and its commercial cost in order to show real data on the feasibility of assembling this type of motorcycle in Ecuador. It will be checked if it is profitable to optimize a low cylinder capacity engine or to buy a medium cylinder capacity engine according to the prices of motorcycles in the Ecuadorian market and to compare with the expenses generated in the optimization of the cg200 engine (throttle cylinder).es_ES
dc.description.abstractConsiste en mejorar el rendimiento de una motocicleta cg 200 (cilindraje a palillos) de bajo cilindraje, adaptado un cigüeñal externo cg200 (cilindraje a palillos) con las mismas características sin caja de cambios, aumentando el cilindraje a una motocicleta cg400 (cilindraje a palillos), donde se unirán los dos cigüeñales horizontalmente por medio de una banda para reducir el torque en los cigüeñales evitando el esfuerzo que ejerce un solo cigüeñal del motor y alargando su vida útil mejorando el desgaste abrasivo y su mantenimiento es rentable, económico debido a que los repuestos son de bajo costo y se los puede encontrar fácilmente en el mercado. Se abarca temas que describe la parte técnica de la motocicleta como son: desempeño, potencia, velocidad final, compresión y su rendimiento, todos estos abarcan la ficha técnica con sus datos correspondientes y muestran con gráficos, tablas y esquemas del funcionamiento del motor. Uno de los motivos que impulso a este proyecto es el excesivo precio de las motocicletas de medio cilindraje. Tomando en cuenta los costos que implican la fabricación de las piezas en el diseño de la motocicleta y su costo comercial para de esta manera mostrar datos reales sobre la factibilidad de ensamblar este tipo de motocicletas en Ecuador. Comprobaremos si es rentable optimizar un motor de bajo cilindraje o comprar un motor de medio cilindraje conociendo los precios de las motocicletas en el mercado de Ecuador y comparar con los gastos generados en la optimización del motor cg200 (cilindraje a palillos).es_ES
