| dc.description.abstract | El presente trabajo está basado en el análisis de retención y promoción de docentes en ejercicio del cantón Salcedo, el objetivo de esta investigación fue diagnosticar la situación actual de los docentes, mediante una investigación de campo; para aportar alternativas que mejoren su calidad laboral, en el ámbito educativo de la carrera de Educación Básica en la Universidad Técnica de Cotopaxi. Ya que sin lugar a duda la vocación y formación docente son los pilares fundamentales, matizado por otros elementos tales como reconocimiento profesional, status, capacitación continua, estabilidad y surgimiento profesional. Con la finalidad de llevar adelante este proceso investigativo de una manera adecuada, fue necesario emplear técnicas e instrumentos metodológicos que faciliten la obtención de información, el empleo de la técnica de la observación científica y la encuesta, diseñando instrumentos como el cuestionario y las fichas de observación las cuales serán utilizadas en el momento oportuno.... | es_ES |
