| dc.description | The advances in the industrial field that are presented nowadays have taken an unexpected turn with new technologies increased in the country, feeding the new generations with alternative and renewable energies, crops that are established with the new industries, that help the environment and to the population. One of the alternative crops that shows good prospects is the castor bean cultivation, which, due to its easy adaptation to different soil types, with unfavorable agro-ecological conditions, allows the exploitation of large tracts of land. For this reason, the purpose of this research was to carry out a study on the industrialization of the oilseed (castor) for processing and marketing in crude oil for industrial use, for which a market study was proposed in order to establish the demand and commercialization of crude oil from the castor bean seed. A field investigation was also carried out based on the application of surveys to 74 small farmers dedicated to the cultivation of this plant in the Chone canton, in accordance with the results to establish the technical viability of the project. Finally, a financial evaluation of the project was carried out, which concluded that the industrialization of the castor oil crude is feasible, since, according to the information obtained in the market studies, technical study and financial study, the data are acceptable and assert the viability of the project, since a VAN of $ 58.725,94 and an TIR of 15% were obtained, results that will be used for decision-making around its execution | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | Los avances en el ámbito industrial que se presentan en la actualidad han dado un giro inesperado con nuevas tecnologías incrementadas en el país, retroalimentando a las nuevas generaciones con energías alternativas y renovables, cultivos que estén afianzados con las nuevas industrias, que ayuden al medio ambiente y a la población. Uno de los cultivos alternativos que muestra buenas perspectivas, es el cultivo de higuerilla, el cual, por su fácil adaptación a diferentes tipos de suelo, con condiciones agroecológicas desfavorables, permite aprovechar grandes extensiones de tierra. Por tal motivo, el presente trabajo de investigación tuvo como finalidad realizar un estudio de industrialización de la oleaginosa (higuerilla) para la transformación y comercialización en aceite crudo que servirá para uso industrial, para lo cual se planteó un estudio de mercado con la finalidad de establecer la demanda y comercialización de aceite crudo proveniente de la semilla de higuerilla. Así también se realizó una investigación de campo basada en la aplicación de encuestas a 74 pequeños agricultores dedicados al cultivo de esta planta en el cantón Chone, para de acuerdo a los resultados establecer la viabilidad técnica del proyecto. Finalmente se realizó una evaluación financiera del proyecto, con lo cual se concluyó que es factible la industrialización del aceite crudo de higuerilla, ya que, según la información obtenida en los estudios de mercado, estudio técnico y estudio financiero, los datos son aceptables y aseveran la viabilidad del proyecto, pues se obtuvo un VAN de $58.725,94 y una TIR del 15%, resultados que servirán para la toma de decisiones en torno a su ejecución | es_ES |
