Abstract
Este trabajo se ha llevado a cabo en la Empresa Avícola Granma perteneciente al Ministerio de la Agricultura.
En su introducción se fundamentan su actualidad, novedad, importancia, pertinencia y viabilidad y se exponen los elementos esenciales que constituyen el basamento científico metodológico del mismo, destacándose su objetivo el que se sintetiza en el propósito de valorar críticamente la aplicación de la Dirección Estratégica por Objetivos Basada en Valores para el período 2012-2015 de este sistema organizativo, así como la hipótesis en la que se sostiene que la elaboración de la referida planeación….

This work has been carried out in the Poultry Company of Granma, belonging to the Ministry of Agriculture.
In their introduction it is based on the actuality, new ideas, importance, relevancy and viability and the essential elements that are exposed that constitute in the methodological scientific basement in the same one, reaching the objective one what is synthesized in the purpose of evaluating critically the application of the Strategic Guides with the Objectives based on Values for the period 2012-2015 of this organizational system, as well as the hypothesis in which it is sustained that the elaboration of the referred planning….
