| dc.description | The thesis project “DESIGN, PROPOSAL, AND STRATEGIC PLACEMENT OF INFORMATION PANELS IN IMPORTANT TOURIST AREAS FROM LATACUNGA CITY IN THE YEAR 2014” has the purpose of designing and proposing informational panels that comply with particular standards of graphic formation, delivering the necessary information to the public, guaranteeing in this way an effective and convenient presentation of such information. Assuming as a graphic principle that visual information is complemented with illustrations, it is important to have knowledge of designs that involve the proficiency of basic elements which allows for realizing creative projects to afford a full and independent message. | dc.description.abstract | El proyecto de tesis “DISEÑO Y PROPUESTA DE INFOGRAFÍAS EN SITIOS ESTRATÉGICOS REFERENTE A LUGARES IMPORTANTES Y TURÍSTICOS DEL CANTÓN LATACUNGA EN EL AÑO 2014.” tiene como finalidad, diseñar y proponer infografías que puntualicen criterios de formación gráfica, entregando información necesaria a la colectividad, garantizando una orientación eficaz y oportuna. La infografía involucra el análisis y utilización de elementos básicos de diseño, ergonomía, estudio tipográfico, normas, reglamentos estandarizados de publicidad y que sustentado en una investigación de campo acerca del potencial turístico de la ciudad de Latacunga, generará múltiples ventajas para la economía del sector turístico.
