| dc.description | At present, public and private institutions have seen the need to exploit resources, both hardware and software to develop in the technological field. The "Implementation of Voice over IP in the Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito 9 de Octubre Ltda.” is a researched work based on the use of the network and bandwidth that the institution has in its three agencies located in Salcedo (Matrix), in Latacunga Agency (1) and Mulalillo Agency (2). The IP telephony is an immediate application of this technology in a manner that allows the realization of ordinary telephone calls over IP to other packages network using a PC, gateways and phones standards. | dc.description.abstract | En la actualidad las instituciones públicas y privadas se han visto en la necesidad de aprovechar recursos tanto de Hardware como de Software para el desarrollo en el campo tecnológico. La “Implementación de Voz sobre IP en la “Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito 9 de Octubre Ltda..”, es un trabajo investigativo basado en el aprovechamiento de la red y ancho de banda que posee la Institución en sus tres agencias, ubicadas en Salcedo (Matriz), en Latacunga (Agencia 1) y en Mulalillo (Agencia 2). La Telefonía IP es una aplicación inmediata de esta tecnología, de forma que permite la realización de llamadas telefónicas ordinarias sobre redes IP u otras redes de paquetes utilizando una PC, gateways y teléfonos estándares. En general, servicios de comunicación - voz, fax, aplicaciones de mensajes de voz - que son transportados vía redes IP, Internet normalmente, en lugar de ser transportados vía la red telefónica convencional. | es_ES |
