Abstract
El actual proyecto de investigación plantea el mejoramiento en los procesos y estrategias metodológicas en cuanto a la destreza del habla del Idioma Ingles a través del uso del método TPR (Total Physical Response) en los estudiantes de Primer Año de Educación General Básica de la Unidad Educativa “Grandes Genios”, como aporte metodológico tanto para docentes como estudiantes logrando un aprendizaje activo a través de la aplicación de actividades lúdicas y una correcta producción oral en cuanto a pronunciación, fluidez y precisión. Para este análisis es necesario investigar las cusas y efectos del problema como el desconocimiento de nuevos métodos y el inapropiado uso de las estrategias y metodologías para desarrollar la habilidad del habla. La investigación es de tipo descriptivo, explicativo, documental y de campo. Por su naturaleza es cualitativo. Así también, el marco teórico muestra los principales temas y subtemas abordados para el correcto desarrollo de la investigación. Los resultados obtenidos de esta investigación permiten plantear la creación de un folleto que contiene actividades basadas el método TPR enfocado a niños de 5 a 6 años.
Description
The research Project lays outs the improvement of methodological processes and strategies regarding for English Speaking Skills by means of the use of TPR (Total Physical Response) method with First Year students of “Grandes Genios” Educative Institution, as a methodological contribution for both teachers and students. It aims at active learning with the use of recreational activities and correct oral expression regarding pronunciation, fluency and precision. For this analysis, it is necessary to look for the causes and effects of the problem such as the lack of knowledge about new methods and the inappropriate use of strategies and methodologies to develop English Speaking Skills. The research type is descriptive, explicative, documental and in the field. Because of its nature it is quantitative. Also, the theoretical framework shows the main topics and subtopics addressed for the correct development of the research. The result obtained from this research make possible the creation of a booklet with activities based on TPR method focused on children from 5 to 6 years old.
