| dc.description | This poses the creation of a Communication Plan for the Decentralized Autonomous Government of the Sigchos canton, of the province of Cotopaxi. The Institutional communication and corporate image, its background, origins, theories and analyzes administrative functions, social responsibilities, according to the Organic Code of territorial organization of autonomous decentralized. In order to improve communication mechanisms between the internal and external public of the municipality, also it defines social, cultural and administrative elements of the institution; which is part of its structural organization. Analyze the situation of the internal and external communication of the institution through surveys and interviews. It concludes with the development of strategies to improve communication between employees and the citizens of Sigchos Canton. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | Esta propone la creación de un plan de comunicación para el Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado del Cantón Sigchos, provincia de Cotopaxi. La comunicación institucional e imagen corporativa, sus antecedentes, orígenes, teorías y se analiza las funciones administrativas, responsabilidades sociales, de acuerdo con el código orgánico de organización territorial del Gad de Sigchos. Con la finalidad de mejorar los mecanismos de comunicación entre el público interno y externo de la municipalidad, también define elementos sociales, culturales y administrativos de la institución; que forma parte de su organigrama estructural. Analiza la situación de comunicación interna y externa de la institución a través de encuestas y entrevistas. Concluye con el desarrollo de estrategias para mejorar la comunicación entre los empleados y los ciudadanos del Cantón Sigchos. | es_ES |
