| dc.description | The purpose of this project is a feasibility study for the implementation of a coconut tow agglomerate board production plant, in the first part the justifications that prompted the launch of the project and the causes of its importance are defined, in addition a comparative table of physical and mechanical characteristics in relation to traditional wood, the applied methodology is exploratory, descriptive and inductive, next step a market study is carried out defining the demand for the chipboard through a field study carried out through surveys directed to chipboard distributors in the province of Pichincha, these results are represented in statistical tables and graphically by means of pie-type graphs, the offer is also defined, based on secondary information and data obtained by the distributors, the subtractions between the demands and offers found result in the instant demands satisfied, based on these unsatisfied demands found, an annual production of 4800 coconut tow agglomerate boards is defined, the size of the plant, said size of the plant is framed within the technical study, as well as the design of the plant, the description of the process represented in the operation and process diagram (DOP). | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | El presente proyecto tiene por objeto un estudio de factibilidad para la implantación de una planta productora de tableros aglomerado de estopa de coco, en la primera parte se define los justificativos que impulsaron el lanzamiento del proyecto y las causas de su importancia, además se realizó una tabla comparativa de características físicas y mecánicas con relación a la madera tradicional, la metodología aplicada es exploratoria, descriptiva e inductiva, paso siguiente se realiza un estudio de mercado definiendo la demanda del tablero aglomerado mediante un estudio de campo efectuado por medio de encuestas dirigida a distribuidores de tableros aglomerados en la provincia de Pichincha, estos resultados son representados en tablas estadísticas y gráficamente por medio de gráficos tipo pastel, se define también la oferta, basados en información de tipo secundario y datos obtenidos por los distribuidores, las restas entre las demandas y ofertas halladas dan como resultado las demandas insatisfechas, partiendo de estas demandas insatisfechas encontradas se define una producción anual de 4800 tableros aglomerados de estopa de coco, el tamaño de planta, dicho tamaño de planta está enmarcado dentro del estudio técnico, como también el diseño de planta, la descripción del proceso representado en el diagrama de operación y proceso (DOP). | es_ES |
