dc.descriptionThe present work entitled: Business plan for the creation of a milk collection center, Aláquez parish, Cotopaxi province, had the following objectives: Identify the conditions required for the creation of a milk collection center, Characterize the supply and the demand for milk in the Province, Carry out the technical, organizational and financial study of the creation of the milk collection center, parish of Aláquez, province of Cotopaxi, the methodology used was based on a descriptive investigation since it details the characteristics of a population, with the purpose of knowing habits and attitudes through a collection of data that will be carefully analyzed in order to obtain significant results that contribute to knowledge through the application of surveys to acquire the most relevant information from potential customers . The results obtained indicate in the financial study the feasibility of the business through the main evaluation indicators such as the internal rate of return that is 76% while the net present value amounted to $ 120,858.13.es_ES
dc.description.abstractEl presente trabajo titulado: Plan de negocios para la creación de un centro de acopio de leche, parroquia Aláquez, provincia de Cotopaxi, tuvo por objetivos: Identificar las condiciones requeridas para la creación de un centro de acopio de leche, Caracterizar la oferta y la demanda de leche en la Provincia, Realizar el estudio técnico, organizacional y financiero de la creación del centro de acopio de leche, parroquia de Aláquez, provincia de Cotopaxi, la metodología utilizada se sustentó en una investigación de tipo descriptiva ya que detalla las características de una población, con el propósito de conocer hábitos y actitudes a través de una recolección de datos que serán analizados minuciosamente con el fin de obtener resultados significativos que contribuyan al conocimiento a través de la aplicación de encuestas para adquirir la información más relevante de los clientes potenciales. Los resultados obtenidos señalan en el estudio financiero la factibilidad del negocio mediante los principales indicadores de evaluación como la tasa interna de retorno que es del 76 % mientras que el valor actual neto ascendió a $ 120.858,13.es_ES
