dc.descriptionThis research work details the implementation of a Multimedia Instructional Training System for the Staff of the Center for Promotion and Social Communication of the UTC La Maná extension, it was carried out satisfactorily in the same institution, in order to provide students, teachers and the public in general, a source of consultation that is in accordance with the specialization and the use of technology, for this we have considered it of utmost importance to carry out this project, the incorporation of digital tools in the internal communication of an institution or company streamlines organization processes, while increasing user engagement and productivity. By implementing these multimedia technological resources, the new staff assimilates more effectively their role within the institution or companies that allow the work environment to be pleasant from the beginning. This multimedia system can be manipulated by the user with great ease and it will include an instruction manual that will guide you step by step, about how to interact with it.es_ES
dc.description.abstractEl presente trabajo de investigación detalla la Iimplementación de un Sistema Multimedia Instructivo de Capacitación para el Personal del Centro de Propaganda y Comunicación Social de la UTC Extensión La Maná, se llevó a cabo satisfactoriamente en la misma institución, con la finalidad de prestar a los estudiantes, docentes y público en general, una fuente de consulta que este acorde con la especialización y con el uso de la tecnología, para ello hemos considerado de suma importancia realizar este proyecto, la incorporación de herramientas digitales en la comunicación interna de una institución o empresa agiliza los procesos de la organización, a la vez que aumenta el compromiso y productividad de los usuarios. Al implementar estos recursos tecnológicos multimedia el personal de nuevo ingreso asimila con mayor efectividad su rol dentro de la institución o empresa permitiendo que el ambiente de trabajo sea ameno desde el inicio. Este sistema multimedia podrá ser manipulado por el usuario con gran facilidad ya que en el vendrá incluido un instructivo que lo guiará paso a paso, acerca de cómo interactuar con él.es_ES
