Abstract
El presente proyecto de titulación permite plasmar la investigación realizada en la implementación de un horno mufla con una cámara interna dimensionada en largo, ancho y profundidad igual a 400 mm está construida con la finalidad de realizar tratamientos térmicos en el laboratorio, para lo cual se utilizó distintos materiales como ladrillo refractario de 6cm, lana de vidrio sílica, y chapa metálica de acero inoxidable de 3mm, etc con lo que se obtiene una cámara apropiada para realizar diferentes procesos a distintas temperaturas, considerando un mínimo margen de error del 0.5%.
Description
This project allows see the result of researched made to mufla’s oven design and construction, if could apply warranty to making different thermal treatments. The mufla’s oven is constructed to making thermal treatments inside of laboratory. This oven contains such as material as firebrick, glass wool, stainless steel lock, etc. all these materials get it an appropriate chamber to make thermal process. As innovative element the touch SIMATIC HMI KTP 700 is used by which allows display and selection of temperature according to the thermal process to be performed, besides knowing the temperature is inside the oven, all the programming done in the TIA Portal V13 is concentrated in PLCS7-1200 providing the same ease of selection of the temperatures required in a permitted range for the machine 100 ° to 1100 C°. The electrical resistors or niquelinas are responsible for providing and maintaining the heat required to heat the oven so that its operation is 220V DC with a power requirement of 33kW, and a necessary 15A. The work presented is the pattern for other research literature that takes place in the future regarding the issue to improve or modernize the operation of such furnaces.
