| dc.description | The research used for the development of this project analysis was made of type descriptive, non experimental methodology, using such statistical methods as: Descriptive, Hypothetical, Empiric, Inductive and Deductive; one of the utilized techniques was the “Survey” that was applied to the Executive staff and the Production area, with the purpose of knowing the concerning information to the production, as well as the form of taking the registrations of this activity, the “interview” was applied to the Executive staff that allowed to investigate on the organizational aspect of the company, and the “observation” that one was applied for all the stages of the production of the flower shaft. Based on that analyzed we could reach the conclusion that is too necessary the application of an accounting system of costs, with that functional results it will allows to the company to manage their productive processes appropriately, and at the same time it serve like base to make own proper decisions to benefit of the Association. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | La investigación que se utilizo para el desarrollo de la presente investigación fue de tipo descriptiva, metodología no experimental, utilizando métodos estadísticos tales como: Descriptivo, Hipotético, Empírico, Inductivo, y Deductivo, y entre las técnicas utilizadas fueron la Encuesta, que fue aplicada al Personal Administrativo y al Personal de Producción, con el fin de conocer la información concerniente a la producción, como también la forma de llevar los registros de dicha actividad, la entrevista fue aplicada al personal Administrativo, que permitió indagar sobre el aspecto organizativo de la empresa, y la observación que fue aplicada para todas las etapas de la producción del tallo de flor. En base a esto se pudo llegar a la conclusión de que era necesario la aplicación de un sistema de contabilidad de costos, que arroje resultados que permita a la empresa manejar adecuadamente sus proceso productivos, y al mismo tiempo sirva de base para tomar decisiones acertadas, en beneficio de la Asociación | es_ES |
