| dc.description | Nowadays, institutions and companies are looking for improving their processes using different mechanisms and technological means, Kreando IT company does not have a system to automate the control of assistance, so it uses traditional methods such as manual registration, which generates problems when obtaining monthly reports and loss of time when registering attendance. So, a computer solution was developed to automate the control process of entry and exit of the staff through facial recognition in real time, for which the following stages were developed: facial registration and information of each employee, maintenance of personnel records and finally the issuance of attendance reports and emotions. To develop the proposal, the Scrum methodology was used to minimize risks, and to obtain higher productivity and quality in the realization of the project, and each programming process was evaluated and corrected by the user avoiding misunderstandings. The researcher also opted for CASE tools such as Visual Studio Community 2017 with C # and .NET for being oriented to Web development in MVC, with a database manager SQL Server 2012 and Azure, it was also necessary Face API and Emotion API for facial recognition. As a result, it was obtained that from 1079 surveys made, the effectiveness reaches 95%, thus achieving an almost perfect recognition; in this way, the computer solution was made according to the user's requirements. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | En la actualidad, las instituciones y empresas buscan mejorar sus procesos utilizando diferentes mecanismos y medios tecnológicos, la empresa Kreando TI no cuenta con un sistema que permita automatizar el control de asistencia, por lo que utiliza métodos tradicionales como es el registro manual, lo cual genera inconvenientes al obtener reportes mensuales y pérdida de tiempo al momento de registrar la asistencia. Es por ello que se desarrolló una solución informática que automatice el proceso de control de ingreso y salida del personal de la empresa Kreando TI a través de reconocimiento facial en tiempo real, por lo cual se desarrolló las siguientes etapas: registro facial e información de cada empleado, mantenimiento de los registros del personal y finalmente la emisión de reportes de asistencia y emociones. Para el desarrollo de la propuesta se utilizó la metodología Scrum que permitió minimizar riesgos, obtener mayor productividad y calidad en la realización del proyecto, cada sprint fue evaluado y corregido por el usuario evitando malos entendidos. Además se optó por herramientas case como Visual Studio Community 2017 con C# y .NET por estar orientado al desarrollo Web en MVC, con un gestor de base de datos SQL Server 2012 y Azure, también fue necesario Face API y Emotion API para el reconocimiento facial. Como resultado se obtuvo que en 1079 reconocimientos realizados la efectividad alcanza un 95%, logrando así un reconocimiento casi perfecto, de esta manera se realizó la solución informática acorde a los requerimientos del usuario | es_ES |
