| dc.description | The research's objective was to raise a functional organic structure for the San Francisco de Chillogallo S.A Transport Company, thus theoretically basing the elements for the functional organic restructuring in an organization, highlighting the types of structures, organization charts, flow charts, a chain of command, centralization, and decentralization. The significance of a well-defined structure in delineating roles, optimizing communication, and streamlining decision-making was emphasized. The present research used a quantitative approach methodology, descriptive type, the information was gathered using a survey comprising 17 questions, the reliability of which was determined by Crombrach's Alpha of 0.7.; found the following results: 47.8% of employees lack written functions, and 4.3% were undecided. Likewise, a significant 73.9% supported the creation of a functions manual. Finally, we presented a comprehensive proposal for restructuring; this included the development of a process map to clarify internal functioning, a structural organization chart to establish clear hierarchies, and detailed descriptions of positions in the structure down to their internal and external responsibilities and connections. The proposal seeks to optimize the operation and efficiency and to promote transparency in the system of the organization. This study highlights the importance of a well-defined and functional organizational structure for the success and adaptability of Compañía de Transporte San Francisco de Chillogallo S.A. in the current environment. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | El presente trabajo investigativo se llevó a cabo en la Compañía de Transporte San Francisco de Chillogallo S.A de la ciudad de Quito con la finalidad de levantar una estructura orgánica funcional para dicha Compañía, es así que fundamentó teóricamente los elementos más adecuados para la reestructuración orgánica funcional en una organización, destacando los tipos de estructuras, organigramas, flujogramas, cadena de mando, centralización y descentralización. Se destacó la importancia de una estructura claramente definida para delinear roles, optimizar la comunicación y agilizar la toma de decisiones. La presente investigación utilizó una metodología de enfoque cuantitativo, tipo descriptiva, se levantó los datos con una encuesta de 17 preguntas, la cual se determinó la confiabilidad con el Alpha de crombrach de 0,7; encontrado los siguientes resultados: el 47,8% de los empleados carece de funciones por escrito, y un 4,3% se mostró indeciso. Asimismo, un significativo 73,9% respaldó la creación de un manual de funciones. Finalmente, se presentó una propuesta integral para la reestructuración. Esta incluyó la elaboración de un mapa de procesos para aclarar el funcionamiento interno, un organigrama estructural para establecer jerarquías claras y descripciones detalladas de cargos que abarcaron desde su posición en la estructura hasta sus responsabilidades y conexiones internas y externas. La propuesta busca optimizar la operatividad y la eficiencia de la organización, además de promover la transparencia en su estructura. En conjunto, este estudio subraya la importancia de una estructura organizativa bien definida y funcional para el éxito y la adaptabilidad de la Compañía de Transporte San Francisco de Chillogallo S.A. en el entorno actual. | es_ES |
