Abstract
La presente investigación estuvo enfocada en analizar el estado actual de la gestión documental en la Secretaría General del Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado Municipal Intercultural del Cantón Pujilí, con una población de 8 personas que forman parte del departamento administrativo de la Secretaría General. La investigación es de carácter cuantitativo porque se utilizó la recolección de datos numéricos, para ello empleó una encuesta con un cuestionario de 23 preguntas dirigidas al proceso de Gestión Documental, la modalidad fue de carácter bibliográfico, debido a que se posee una sola variable, para ello se profundizó en diferentes conceptualizaciones, teorías y criterios de varios autores, la indagación es de campo pues se llevó a cabo en el mismo espacio en el que se originan los hechos.
Description
The present investigation was focused on analyzing the current state of document management in the General Secretariat of the Intercultural Municipal Decentralized Autonomous Government of the Pujilí Canton, with a population of 8 people who are part of the administrative department of the General Secretariat. The research is of a quantitative nature because the collection of numerical data was used, for this purpose a survey with a questionnaire of 23 questions directed to the Document Management process was used, the modality was of a bibliographic nature, due to the fact that there is only one variable, to This was deepened in different conceptualizations, theories and criteria of various authors, the investigation is field since it was carried out in the same space in which the facts originate.
