Abstract
Tanto el clima organizacional como el desempeño laboral son aspectos muy importantes que deben analizarse, es por ello que el presente proyecto de investigación con el tema: “Estudio del Clima Organizacional y su Incidencia en el Desempeño Laboral en el sector de las Mueblerías de la ciudad de Latacunga” tiene como objetivo general determinar el grado de relación entre el clima organizacional y el desempeño laboral con la utilización y aplicación de técnicas e instrumentos que ayuden a detectar la situación de cada una de ellas. Para este estudio se utilizó un enfoque cuantitativo con investigaciones descriptivas, documentales (bibliográficas) y de campo.
Description
Both the organizational climate and work performance are very important aspects that must be analyzed, which is why this research project with the theme: "Study of the Organizational Climate and its Incidence on Labor Performance in the furniture sector of the city de Latacunga" has as general objective to determine the degree of relationship between the organizational climate and work performance with the use and application of techniques and instruments that help to detect the situation of each one of them. For this study, a quantitative approach was used with descriptive, documentary (bibliographic) and field research.
