| dc.description | Nowadays, due to the strong changes that the labor sector suffered after a global pandemic and the changes or challenges of the market that demand more skills and knowledge, companies need to implement exchanges to face the challenges that arise, since from this depends on the satisfaction and performance of your workforce. Companies in the dairy sector in the Latacunga canton, Cotopaxi province are affected by a crisis of an economic, social, cultural nature, among others. For this reason, this research sought to determine the relationship between Satisfaction and Job Performance through the implementation of measurement instruments that helped us collect information to establish the relationship between job satisfaction that their workers have and how this influences their job performance. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | Hoy en día, debido a los fuertes cambios que sufrió el sector laboral después de una pandemia mundial y los cambios o retos del mercado que exigen más habilidades y conocimientos, las empresas necesitan implementar permutas para enfrentar los retos que se les presenten, ya que de esto depende la satisfacción y desempeño de su fuerza laboral. Las empresas del sector lácteo en el cantón Latacunga, provincia de Cotopaxi se encuentran afectadas por una crisis de índole económico, social, cultural, entre otros. Por este motivo, esta investigación buscó determinar la relación entre Satisfacción y Desempeño Laboral a través de la implementación de instrumentos de medición que nos ayudó a recopilar información para establecer la relación entre satisfacción laboral que tienen sus trabajadores y cómo este influye en su rendimiento laboral. | es_ES |
