Abstract
La presente investigación se realizó en la Provincia de Cotopaxi en los cantones Latacunga, Sáquisili, y Salcedo, con el objetivo de caracterizar el perfil hematológico y bioquímico de la Trucha Silvestre Ecuatoriana (Oncorhynchus mykiss). Fueron utilizados 30 animales con similares características, se seleccionaron las truchas con un promedio de 20 a 25 cm, en estado silvestre, para proceder a la recolección de la muestra mediante punción por la vena caudal, se tomó un ml de sangre en tubos vacutainer tapa lila y un ml de sangre tapa roja. Para el muestreo sanguíneo se utilizó el método de conteo en cámara de Neubauer y para el análisis bioquímico se utilizó el método de colorimetría enzimática, para el perfil hematológico se reveló 7 variables: Hematocrito, Hemoglobina, Eritrocitos, Volumen glomerular medio, Hemoglobina corpuscular media, Concentración de hemoglobina corpuscular media, Plaquetas, 7 variables del Leucograma: leucócitos, neutrófilos, linfócitos, monócitos, eosinófilos y basófilos y del perfil bioquímico se revelo 10 variables: glucosa, urea, creatinina, proteínas totales, aspartatoaninotransferasa, alaninotransferasa, calcio, fosforo y potasio, para la tabulación de datos se utilizó análisis descriptivo para evaluar las medias de todos los parámetros obtenidos con la investigación se concluyó que los valores de estudio son diferentes a los consultados y que la trucha silvestre carece de eosinofilos y basófilos.

The present investigation was realized in the Province of Cotopaxi in the cantons of Latacunga, Sáquisili, with the objective of characterizing the profile hematological and biochemical of the Trout Silvestre Ecuador (Oncorhynchus mykiss). Where were used 30 animals with similar characteristics selected and the trout with an average of 20 to 25 cm, in the wild, to proceed with the collection of the sample by puncture by the caudal vein, took a ml of blood in vacutainer tubes cover lilac and 1 ml of blood red cover. For the blood sampling the method of counting in Neubauer chamber was used and for the biochemical analysis the enzymatic colorimetric method was used, for the hematological profile it was revealed 7 variables: hematocrit, hemoglobin, erythrocytes, glomerular volume Medium, hemoglobin corpuscular mean, concentration of hemoglobin corpuscular mean, platelets, 7 variables of leucograma: leucócitos, neutrophils, linfócitos, monócitos, eosinophils and basophils, the biochemical profile is revealed 10 variables: glucose, urea, creatinine, total proteins, aspartato aminotrnasferasa, alaninotransferasa, calcium, phosphorus and potassium, for data tabulation was used descriptive analysis to evaluate the averages for all the parameters obtained with the investigation concluded that the values of study are different to those consulted and that the trout silvestre lacks of eosinophils and basophils.
