| dc.description | The problem faced by textile organizations is the empirical management of accounting and costing information, ignorance of the elements that intervene within the processes, to obtain the real unit value and the utility of the finished product. This project was developed in the textile “Tarpuy” Association located in the Apahua Community, Pílalo Parish, Pujilí Canton, Cotopaxi Province, with the aim of applying a cost system by production orders. The methodology has a qualitative and quantitative approach, for the required investigation a field diagnosis was made, using an observation file, interviews and documentary research, these tools allowed the compilation of sufficient data for the development of the project, identifying the raw material , labor, and indirect manufacturing components in the elaboration of handmade garments. | dc.description.abstract | El problema que enfrentan las organizaciones textiles, es el manejo empírico de la información contable y de costeo, el desconocimiento de los elementos que intervienen dentro de los procesos, para obtener el valor unitario real y la utilidad del producto terminado. El presente proyecto se desarrolló en la textilera Asociación “Tarpuy” ubicado en la Comunidad de Apahua, Parroquia Pílalo, Cantón Pujilí, Provincia Cotopaxi, con el objetivo de aplicar un sistema de costos por órdenes de producción. La metodología tiene un enfoque cualitativo y cuantitativo, para la indagación requerida se realizó un diagnóstico de campo, utilizando una ficha de observación, entrevistas e investigación documental, estas herramientas permitieron, la compilación de datos suficientes para el desarrollo del proyecto, identificando la materia prima, mano de obra, y los componentes indirectos de fabricación en la elaboración de prendas artesanales. Los resultados obtenidos mediante la aplicación del programa informático Excel, se pudo determinar los elementos del costo, precio real y el porcentaje de ganancia, mismos que fueron socializado a los miembros de la directiva, con el fin de fijar precios de venta, valuación de inventarios, establecer políticas de comercialización, para tomar mejores decisiones elaborando productos de calidad en base a la cultura artesanal, maximizando la utilidad. | es_ES |
