| dc.description | The characterization of the reproductive parameters in guinea pigs was carried out under the identification, tabulation, handling and standardization of guinea-pig registries according to the phenotypic characteristics. Under the following objectives: To verify the characteristics of selected guinea pigs in the first progeny using genetic selection parameters in the reproductive stage to establish improvement. To evaluate the improved animals in the first progeny by the relation to their characteristics of the genetic value in the reproductive stage to establish genetic improvement and to relate the most outstanding genetic characteristics of the guinea pigs in the reproductive stage of the first and second progeny by comparative analysis Performed. Obtaining the following results based on the categories identified, as the best category 4 (whites) with 4 offspring per delivery. In category 4 (whites) we identified an average of 2 of the offspring born, in category 1 colored with whirlpool a mean 1.71y of category 2 colored without whirlpool have an average of 1.71, the category 3 bays has an average of 1.86 and in category 5 painted with swirl has an average of 1.90, in category 6 painted with swirl has an average of 1.75. Identifying category 4 (whites) with a calving of 4 offspring with an average of 2 that are identified as animals with good reproductive characteristics. Concluding that the best category of guinea pigs was identified by the color of fur and meeting the reproductive parameters was identified the category 4 targets by means of the selection parameters. For the selection of guinea pigs as genetically improved animals, the Pearson correlation was used, which facilitated the identification of the guinea pigs that fulfilled the reproductive parameters, being identified by their high genetic value and their conception of 4 pups per calving. | dc.description.abstract | La caracterización de los parámetros reproductivos en cuyes se realizó bajo la identificación, tabulación, manejo y estandarización de registros de cuyes de acuerdo a las características fenotípicas. Bajo los siguientes objetivos: Verificar las características de los cobayos seleccionados en la primera progenie mediante parámetros de selección genética en la etapa reproductiva para establecer mejora. Evaluar los animales mejorados en la primera progenie mediante la relación a sus características del valor genético en la etapa reproductiva para establecer mejora genética y relacionar las características más sobresalientes genéticamente de los cobayos en la etapa reproductiva de la primera y segunda progenie mediante análisis comparativos valorando el cruce absorbente realizado. Obteniendo los siguientes resultados en base a las categorías identificadas, como mejor categoría 4 (blancos) con 4 crías por parto. En la categoría 4 (blancos) se identificó una media de 2 de las crías nacidas, en la categoría 1 coloradas con remolino una media 1.71y de la categoría 2 colorada sin remolino tienen una media de 1.71, la categoría 3 bayos tiene una media de 1.86 y en la categoría 5 pintada con remolino tiene una media de 1.90, en la categoría 6 pintados con remolino tiene una media de 1.75. Identificando a la categoría 4 (blancos) con un parto de 4 crías con una media de 2 que son identificados como animales con características reproductivas buenas . Concluyendo que la mejor categoría de cuyes se la identifico por el color de pelaje y cumpliendo los parámetros reproductivos fue identificado la categoría 4 blancos por medio de los parámetros de selección. Para la selección de los cuyes como animales mejorados genéticamente se utilizó la correlación de Pearson que facilito la identificación de los cuyes que cumplieron los parámetros reproductivos siendo identificados por su alto valor genético y su concepción de 4 crias por parto. En la correlación de la progenie 1 y progenie 2 se la identifico como significancia nula ya que el valor de (p = 0). | es_ES |
