Abstract
La presente investigación tuvo por objetivo mejorar el direccionamiento estratégico de la Dirección Distrital 05D04 Pujilí-Saquisilí Salud, permitiendo el abastecimiento oportuno de todas las unidades; la investigación se realizó a través de un análisis de factores internos y externos (F.O.D.A), mediante técnicas aplicadas a los trabajadores del Distrito 05D04 Pujilí - Saquisilí, tales como la encuesta, entrevista y observación, conjuntamente se utilizó una metodología de diseño no experimental y de carácter descriptivo, para lo cual se emplearon métodos de tipo inductivo. Lo aplicado en la investigación ayudó a conocer que las principales causas del ineficiente direccionamiento estratégico son la frecuente rotación del personal en los diferentes niveles jerárquicos, falta de liquidez debido a la inadecuada administración por parte de las autoridades del país….
Description
The present research had as goal to improve the strategic direction of the Direction Distrital 05D04 Pujili - Saquisili Health, allowing the timely provision of all units; the research was made through an analysis of internal and external factors (S.W.O.T.), using techniques applied to workers at the district 05D04 Pujili - Saquisili, such as survey, interview and observation, also by the use of a methodology of non-experimental design and descriptive kind, the inductive method were used. The applied in the research helped to know that the main causes of the inefficient strategic direction are the frequent rotation of staff in the different hierarchical levels, lack of liquidity for the mismanagement by the authorities in the country….
