| dc.description | The present research was to carry out a careful study for the IMPLEMENTATION OF A COST FOR THE AVELINA MILK FACTORY “ABELLITO S.A.”, making consideration the true cost of the production process pasteurized milk taking into accounting all the elements the cost as: raw material/Materials, Labor and Manufacturing Overhead Costs. The research that was used for the development of the thesis is so applied through the descriptive research is handling experimental method, using as the unit of study the universe using the theoretical methods, empirical and statistical as: inductive- deductive, analytical- synthetic, synthetic- structural, working with papers and among the techniques used were the survey which was directed to the Production staff in order to finder levant information to the production, as well a show to take the accounting records according to their activity, the interview was conducted Administrative Staff; what will allow to search about the organizational aspect of the enterprise and the observation that was applied in all stages of the production of the pasteurized milk, which facilitate the decision-making. Based on this research work could reach the conclusion that it was necessary to apply a cost system that yields results that allow the company to adequately manage its production processes at the same time make good decisions and comparison of financial statements. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | La presente investigación tuvo como propósito realizar el estudio minucioso para la IMPLANTACIÓN DE UN SISTEMA DE COSTOS PARA LA FÁBRICA DE LÁCTEOS LA AVELINA “ABELLITO S.A.”, poniendo a consideración el verdadero costo del proceso de producción de la leche pasteurizada tomando en cuenta todos los elementos del costo como son: Materia Prima/Materiales, Mano de Obra y los Costos Generales de Fabricación. La investigación que se utilizó para el desarrollo de la tesis es de forma aplicada a través de la investigación descriptiva, se manejó el método no experimental, utilizando como unidad de estudio al universo mediante los métodos teórico, empírico y estadísticos como: inductivo- deductivo, analítico- sintético, sintético- estructural, se trabajo con documentos y entre las técnicas utilizadas fueron la encuesta que fue dirigida al personal de Producción, con el fin de conocer la información pertinente a la actividad, la entrevista fue dirigida al personal Administrativo que permitió indagar sobre el aspecto organizativo de la Empresa y la observación que fue aplicada en todos los etapas de la producción de la leche pasteurizada; lo cual facilita a la toma de decisiones. En base a este trabajo investigativo se pudo llegar a la conclusión de que era necesario la aplicación de un sistema de costos que arroje resultados que permita a la empresa manejar adecuadamente sus procesos productivos, al mismo tiempo tomar decisiones acertadas y la comparación de los estados financieros. | es_ES |
