| dc.description | The main objective of this research project is to facilitate communication channels, among the personnel related to the promotion and social communication center that is dedicated to the development of projects, students, teachers to have an official channel where to find reliable information and organized of what is being done or what are the projects in which it is working. At present, mobile applications have taken on great importance and relevance in different areas, including in the academic field, some educational institutions have decided to develop mobile applications, managing to respond to administrative, informational, training and communication needs. For the development of the informational mobile application in real-time for the institution's propaganda and social communication center, an analysis of the current situation of the area was carried out, thus determining the viability of the project and the functional and non-functional requirements of the mobile app. While the personnel in charge of the area act as the machine where APP is installed, it will be collecting and managing information on the development of projects in real-time, thus strengthening the communication channels and process within the university community. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | El presente proyecto de investigación tiene como objetivo principal facilitar los canales de comunicación, entre el personal relacionado con el centro de propaganda y comunicación social que se dedica al desarrollo de los proyectos, de estudiantes, docentes a tener una vía oficial donde encontrar información fidedigna y organizada de lo que se está haciendo o cuales son los proyectos en los que se está trabajando. En la actualidad las aplicaciones móviles han tomado una gran importancia y relevancia en diferentes ámbitos incluso en el ámbito académico, algunas instituciones educativas han decidido desarrollar aplicaciones móviles, logrando responder a necesidades administrativas, informativas, formativas y comunicacionales. Para el desarrollo de la aplicación móvil informativa en tiempo real para el centro de propaganda y comunicación social de la Institución se realizó un análisis de la situación actual del área determinando así la viabilidad del proyecto, también se realizó los requerimientos funcionales y no funcionales de la aplicación móvil. Mientras el personal encargado del área realice una acción en la maquina donde se encuentra instalada APP, esta va estar recolectando y gestionando información sobre el desarrollo de los proyectos en tiempo real, fortaleciendo así los canales y proceso de comunicación dentro de la comunidad Universitaria. | es_ES |
